About KADIPA Recruitments
Kaduna State Investment Promotion Agency (KADIPA) is a One-stop investment center for business and investments in Nigeria. They established it on December 23, 2015, and began operation in 2016.
KADIPA promotes, facilitates, and starts investments in Kaduna via Public-private-partnership (PPP) and privatization.
They are active and transparent in their services to their clients, reducing the load of doing business in the State. They also see to growing the economic strength of the state.

1. Research Officer
Requirements
- First degree in Social Sciences such as Statistics, Economics, Library Science, and other related fields.
2. Trade and Policy Officer
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics.
- 2-3 years of experience.
3. Head, Investment Promotion Facilitation
Requirements
- B/Sc in Social Sciences or Humanities.
- A postgraduate qualification, such as MBA with specialization in Marketing or Finance or a professional qualification in Marketing will be an added advantage.

- Effective analytical, research, and problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and make judgments and decisions with minimal supervision.
- Fluency and strong communication skills in English, including the ability to draft, proofread and edit correspondence.
- Technology and systems knowledge – Exhibits excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and proficiency in technology or/and systems relevant to functional area. Ability to coach less experienced staff on relevant technology and systems.
