UTME and Direct Entry Requirements for Arabic Studies

Some requirements must be fulfilled before students may apply for the UTME and Direct Entry and be accepted into Nigerian universities. 

Direct Entry Requirement for Arabic Studies

The following are prerequisites for applying to Arabic Studies as a Direct Entry student: two “A” level passes in Arabic and any other art subject. Two A-level passes in Arabic and any other topic from the Arts, Social Sciences, or Humanities are required.

UTME Requirement for Arabic Studies

As a UTME applicant, you must apply for Arabic Studies with the following requirements: Five SSCE credit passes in Arabic, English language, and three other suitable disciplines.

Keep in mind that all subjects in the UTME require English Language. In the Faculty of Arts and Humanities at the universities, as mentioned earlier, the last three topics needed to pursue Arabic studies are:
