One of Seplat’s educational Corporate Social Responsibility programs, the SEPLAT JV Scholarship Scheme, provides yearly awards to successful applicants to help them finish their degree programs in order to encourage educational development and human capacity building.

Requirements for NNPC/SEPLAT National Undergraduate Scholarship

Applicants must be in their second year of study or above.
Applicants must have at least 5 0′ level credit passes (English & Mathematics inclusive) at one sitting.
Applicants must have a CGPA of 3.5 and above

2. CSEAS Japan Fellowships 2023

Scholars and researchers interested in spending time in Kyoto, Japan to do research, write, or pursue other academic activities in connection with their field of study are welcomed by CSEAS.

These individuals focus on comparative and regional issues from a multi-area viewpoint.

For researchers interested in Southeast Asian area studies, CSEAS offers a wealth of scholarly resources as well as the stimulating environment of picturesque Kyoto, the former capital of Japan and the principal repository of its cultural heritage.

Fellowship Slots and Periods

Fully Funded CSEAS Japan Fellowships 2023 is open for International Students. The scholarship allows master, Postgraduate, and Fellowship level programs (s) in the field of Library Management taught at Japan Universities. The deadline for the scholarship is Open.

Seven fellowships, including one librarian position, will become available on the following dates:

Degree Level

Fully Funded CSEAS Japan Fellowships 2023 is available to undertake master’s, Postgraduate, and Fellowship level programs at Japan Universities.

Eligibility Criteria

1. International students from all countries are eligible to apply.

2. Applicants must be productive scholars of high reputation under 65 years of age at the time of the fellowship appointment; those over 65 may be considered only if they are outstanding.

3. This fellowship is not available to individuals currently pursuing graduate degrees or post-doctoral studies

4. Only experienced librarians are eligible to apply for the library position.

5. Scholars who have previously held CSEAS fellowships must wait six years after the completion of their fellowships before reapplying.

Application Procedure

1. Applicants must submit their applications via our online form. Online applications must have the following documents attached separately.

4. A research plan for the fellowship term (Please write a concise overview of your research project for your stay at CSEAS within 2 pages. Please download and use this form. Please use double space and include paragraph descriptions.)

5. Two Recommendation Letters (Applicants must also contact their respective referees and request them to send their letters of recommendation to CSEAS via email. The letter should be written on their institution’s letterhead.)

4. Amsterdam Talent Scholarships (ATS)

All students are encouraged to apply!

Amsterdam Talent Scholarships (ATS) are open at Hogeschool van Amsterdam, University of Applied Sciences, or Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences, for the class of 2022-2023.

International students may now apply for Amsterdam Talent Scholarships (ATS) at Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences if they have finished all 60 credits* with a minimum grade point average of 7.0.

The scholarships for the upcoming class have been officially announced by the Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences.

Scholarship Benefit

Amsterdam Talent Scholarships (ATS) are open at Hogeschool van Amsterdam, University of Applied Sciences, or Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences, for the class of 2022-2023.

Eligibility Criteria

All Nationalities application is allowed. An applicant must meet the eligibility criteria for the ATS. The applicant should:

1. Be able to meet the conditions to obtain a Dutch visa (if applicable)

2. Be enrolled in one of the programs of the Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences

3. Have paid the institutional tuition fee for non-EEA students

4. Not receive a full coverage scholarship covering the same period of studies

5. Have obtained all 60 credits* in the completed academic year, with a minimum average grade of 7,0

Application Procedure

Applicants who meet the eligibility criteria for the ATS can download the application form.

After filling in all required data on the application form, the form should be submitted to the appropriate ATS contact person (contact details included on this page under Contacts for ATS), together with a copy of your residence permit (front and back) and a certified grade list for the present academic year. You can make a request for the grade list at the education office.

After completion of a full year of studies on August 31, applicants should submit their applications for ATS to the appropriate ATS contact person before December 31 of the same year.

5. University of Calgary International Entrance Scholarship

An international student starting their undergraduate studies at the university in the Fall term is given the coveted University of Calgary International Entrance Scholarship in recognition of their exceptional achievements.

Academic achievement is one requirement for the Scholarship, but there are other accomplishments that must be considered.

International students who are not citizens or lawful permanent residents of Canada are the target audience.

Scholarship worth and Constituents:

The award is worth $15,000 and is available to University of Calgary students in their second, third, and fourth years as long as they maintain a 2.60 or higher GPA across a minimum of 24.00 units throughout the prior fall and winter terms. A 4-year undergraduate program costs $60,000 in total.

Eligibility Criteria

1. Applicants must be international students who are registered full-time in an undergraduate degree program that commences in the Fall term.

2. They have to be new students. To be considered for a scholarship, a student must normally present a minimum GPA of 3.20. They must also have satisfied the university’s English Language Proficiency requirement.
