How Do You Find Your Cash App Routing Number and Account Number?

While Cash App is not a bank, it works with two FDIC-insured banking partners to provide basic financial services: Sutton Bank, which is in charge of the Cash Card, and Lincoln Savings Bank, which is in charge of direct deposits.

Depending on where you live, your Cash App account will use one of these two banks’ routing numbers.

Lincoln Savings Bank’s Cash App routing number is 073923033. This routing number is used by Lincoln Savings Bank for partnerships with financial apps and platforms such as the Acorns investing app and Qapital.

For non-Fedwire payments, Sutton Bank’s routing number is 041215663.

To locate your Cash App routing and account numbers, follow these steps:

  • Select the “Money” tab from the Cash App’s home screen. Your account balance will be displayed.
  • Tap the routing and account numbers to the right of your account balance.
  • Copy or write down your account and routing numbers using the Cash App options.

What if You Don’t Have a Routing Number in the Cash App?

If you’ve followed the steps above and still can’t find a routing number, it’s probably because your account doesn’t have a Cash App Cash Card activated.

To set up direct deposit, you must have a Cash Card that is enabled. The Cash Card is a no-cost Visa debit card linked to your Cash App balance.

Cash App is where you can order a Cash Card. After receiving and activating your Cash Card, you should be able to repeat the above steps to locate your routing and account numbers and set up your direct deposit.

How Do You Set Up Direct Deposit for the Cash App?

Fill out a Cash App direct deposit form and email it back to Cash App to set up a direct deposit for your paycheck.

  • Click on “Direct Deposit.”
  • Click on “Get Direct Deposit Form.”
