University of Bath’s Services for International Students

Students seeking visa assistance should contact the Student Immigration Service. They provide one-on-one meetings and drop-in sessions for overseas students.

The Admissions Team offers application assistance with fees, admission criteria, and the application process, as well as a collection service to transport students from the airport to the university.

Students can engage in a welcome event package for overseas students, which includes information sessions, campus and city tours, and social activities.

The University of Bath study workshops will help you acclimatise to your new academic environment and enhance your study abilities.

University of Bath Accommodation

Undergraduate students who apply before the application deadline are guaranteed on-campus housing for their first year of study.

Overseas postgraduate students who have not previously studied at Bath will be granted a space in off-campus housing for up to one academic year. There are around 3,500 rooms on campus, including 1,100 in the city centre.

Rooms are grouped in groups around a shared kitchen/dining space. Students can pick from single-sex and mixed kitchen groups and regular, big, or en-suite rooms.

The University’s Student Living staff is ready to advise and guide all residents.
