This annual scholarship aims to ease the financial burden for talented students aspiring to pursue higher education at the college or university level.
This opportunity is available to both existing college students and incoming freshmen. This scholarship is offered by IELTSing.

Eligibility Criteria
The applicant should be currently pursuing an undergraduate or graduate program at a well-respected university and be 18 years of age or older.
Benefits
The recipient of the IELTSing Scholarship will be granted the following:
1. A scholarship worth $1,500.
2. A travel backpack with the IELTSing brand.
3. The scholarship funds can be applied towards tuition, accommodation, textbooks, or travel expenses. The awarded funds will be sent directly to the winner’s study abroad program or university.
Application
This year’s theme is “The IELTS Examination for Studying Abroad,” focusing on the various exams students must undertake when pursuing education abroad.
To ensure eligibility for review, the essay must meet the following criteria:
1. It must be free from plagiarism.
2. The sentences within the essay should be coherent and logical.
3. The essay must be written in the third-person narrative.
4. Avoid the use of slang words.
5. Refrain from using abbreviations.
6. Avoid sentence repetition.
7. The essay must be written exclusively in English.
To apply for the $1,500 Essay Scholarship Program, follow these steps:
1. Register on the website through the Sign Up popup.
2. Navigate to the Submit Essay Page.
3. Complete the submission form with the required details.
4. Title your essay as “IELTS Examination for Studying Abroad.”
5. Review and revise your essay before submission.
6. Submit the essay through the form after double-checking your information.
7. Verify that your essay has been successfully added to their essay database.
Application Deadline
The application deadline for this scholarship is 30 March 2024.
