1. Scholarships for Educational Options
Send your child to the school that best suits their requirements with the Florida Tax Credit Scholarship (FTC) and the Family Empowerment Scholarship for Educational Options (FES-EO).
The money from these awards can be used to pay for public school transportation or private school tuition and related expenses.
A family of four making up to $111,000 a year is an illustration of who might be eligible.

This Scholarship:
1. Covers the cost of private school tuition and related fees or public school transportation
2. Is available to eligible K-12 students
3. Siblings of a funded FES-UA student
4. Amount: $7,700 average amount awarded for private school scholarships
5. Award: $750 minimum awarded for transportation scholarships
6. Eligibility is based on income or other qualifications
- Students are eligible, regardless of income, if they are dependents of: an active-duty member of the United States Armed Forces, including reservists; law enforcement officers; or a child currently in foster or out-of-home care.
2. Scholarships for Students with Unique Abilities
Personalize your child’s education with the Family Empowerment Scholarship for Students with Unique Abilities (FES-UA).
This scholarship is given in the form of an education savings account (ESA), which you can use to fund a variety of courses and accredited institutions.
This covers academic institutions, counselors, specialists, educational materials, technology, college savings accounts, and more
Basic Facts
- Available to pupils with a specified illness from the age of three through grade 12 or until they become 22.
- The typical scholarship award from FES-UA is $10,000.
- The money can be used for private school tuition and fees, homeschooling choices, therapies, tutoring, and other things.

3. Hope Scholarship
These grants help pay for public transportation or private school tuition and other expenses.
Public school students in grades K–12 who have been the victims of bullying, assault, threats, or other violent acts are eligible for the Hope Scholarship.

- The typical scholarship payout for private schools is $7,700.
- The minimum transportation scholarship amount of $750
- Includes public school transportation or private school tuition and associated costs.

4. Reading Scholarship
The New Worlds Reading Scholarship Accounts help your struggling K–5th grader develop their reading skills.
This award can be used to cover costs associated with tutoring, literacy initiatives, curriculum development, and other reading-related expenses.
A $500 college savings account is used to provide financial help (ESA).
Basic facts:
- Funds may be used for part-time tutoring, summer and after-school literacy programs, instructional materials, curriculum, and more
- Available to K-5th grade students
- $500 education savings account
- Eligibility is based on the student’s performance on the English Language Arts (ELA) test during the prior year
