Schools That Accept Second Choice

This article shall give you a clear guide in choosing the best universities that will accept you if you choose them as 2nd(second) choice.

Federal, State, and Private Schools that Accept Second Choice Admission

To begin with, it is crucial to remember that many federal, state, and private colleges in Nigeria allow individuals who are the second choice for admission. However, keep in mind that there are currently relatively few colleges that do this.

It is important to remember that all of Nigeria’s major federal government-owned colleges do not allow second-choice admission. This is due to the universities’ competitive character.

The second option is not accepted in schools like UNN, UI, UNILAG, UNIBEN, FUTA, FUTO, UNICAL, and others. It is important to remember that not all public colleges grant second-choice admission.

Finally, practically all private colleges in Nigeria allow second-choice admission as long as you can afford their tuition. Aside from that, keep in mind that you must also fulfill the school’s entrance standards in order to acquire admission.
