Students must fulfill specific requirements for both the UTME and direct entrance to be considered for admission to Nigerian postsecondary institutions.
Direct Entry Requirement for Animal Science
If you do not plan to use UTME, you must meet these requirements to be admitted to study Animal Production and Health Service through Direct Entry.
Two (2) A-level passes or their equivalent in Chemistry and one in Biology/Botany/Zoology/Agriculture Science/Geography/Geology/Mathematics/Economics.
UTME Requirement for Animal Science
The UTME subject combination and requirements needed to study Animal Production and Health Services are:
Five (5) SSC credit passes in English Language, Chemistry, Mathematics, Biology/Agric Science, and one in Physics, Geography, or Economics.
