For individuals who have applied for the JAMB registration in 2024, it is recommended that they begin re-printing their examination slips one week before the official examination date.

To ensure candidates are familiar with their Computer-Based Test (CBT) venue, date, and time, it is strongly advised to re-print the slips at least twice. This will help candidates acquaint themselves with the details and prevent any risk of missing the examination.

1. Details Not Found For This Examination: After inputting your information and pressing the button, it says “Details not found for this examination.”

Solution: Since you registered with NIN, check the slip with your JAMB registration number. The number may be found on your JAMB registration slip.

2. The Slip Was Not Displayed: If nothing appears after you enter your information and press the print button.

Solution: Make sure you’re not blocking pop-ups in your browser’s settings. If it doesn’t work, switch your browser to desktop mode (most of them have this setting on the right-hand side when you click on the 3 dots).

3. The Portal Has Been Shut (close): You can’t locate any boxes to enter your information or even a button to print the slip because the gateway is blank.

Solution: There is nothing you can do about this; it simply signifies that the JAMB reprinting process has not begun.
