1. Go to any nearest JAMB Office or JAMB Accredited Centre Near you

2. Make a request For a Change of Institution Form

3. Make a Payment of N3,500

4. Now, effect the changes to your first choice, second, third, and fourth choice of Institution.

5. Fill out the form And Submit

6. Thumbprint

7. When you are done with the above steps, your changes will be made in the JAMB CAPS portal.

8. Finally, get your JAMB change of Institution printed out and go.
