Hubert Humphrey Fellowships in the USA for International Students

The Humphrey Fellowship Program is designed for seasoned professionals who aim to enhance their leadership capabilities by engaging in a reciprocal sharing of insights and perspectives on shared concerns between the United States and their respective home countries.

Selected fellows are positioned at one of the partnering universities in the USA. However, fellows do not have the liberty to select the university they will attend.

Instead, they are grouped into diverse clusters of 7-15 individuals and then placed at the host institution that aligns best with their field of expertise and interest.

Approximately 200 Fellowships are granted each year.
