About National Youth Investment Fund
The Nigerian Youth Investment Fund (NYIF) was established as a Federal Ministry of Youth and Sports Development (FMYSD) initiative and is funded by the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) to invest in youth ideas in order to build sustainable businesses that can activate enterprise and increase job opportunities in Nigeria.
The fund is dedicated to investing in Nigerian adolescents’ creative ideas, skills, and talents in order to transform them into entrepreneurs, wealth producers, and labor employers, contributing to national development.
The plan is aimed at young people aged 18 to 35 and outlines the necessary activities to encourage company development, expansion, and subsequent job creation for youth in crucial economic and social areas.

National Youth Investment Fund: Application Requirements
Do you know what the prerequisites are for applying for the NYIF? We’ve got your back. Here are the prerequisites for applying to the Nigerian Youth Investment Fund.
We also felt you should be aware that NYIF has obligations for corporations as well as individuals. The following are the prerequisites for an NYIF loan:
1. You must be between the ages of 18 and 35.
2. You must have a current National Identification Card.
3. The gateway requires your BVN.
4. Upload a summary of your business plan.
5. Please include your current phone number and email address.
You now have all the information you need to begin your application on www.nyif.nmfb.com.ng. As you can see, the NYIF criteria are simple, and you should be able to give all of these items if you want your NYIF application to be processed properly.
The Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) and the Federal Ministry of Youth and Sports Development are both sponsors of the program (FMYSD).
How to Apply/Register National Youth Investment Fund
To apply for a loan from the Nigerian Youth Investment Fund (NYIF), go to www.nyif.nmfb.com.ng and click on register. The NYIF Gateway is now offline, therefore you must wait until the Federal Government reopens the portal before applying online.
You should also be aware that the NYIF Application is available for free on the portal. The form is not yet available, but as soon as NYIF begins fresh registration, we will notify everyone who wants to remain up to speed on NYIF news.
