Every year, the event offers between $1,000 and $15,000 to the 10 candidates who submit the most outstanding prom gowns and tuxedo designs fashioned completely of duct tape. Read on!

Stuck at Prom Scholarship Description
The Stuck at Prom Scholarship is the greatest scholarship competition going. Students are encouraged to make their own prom dresses entirely out of Duck Tape® and then wear them to the prom for a chance to earn scholarship money!
Submit your Duck Tape® promwear between now and 12pm ET (noon) on June 5th for a chance to win up to $15,000! Make and wear your own prom gown with Duck® Brand Duct Tape and/or Duck® Brand Crafting Tape.

Eligibility Criteria
- The contest is open to high school students or those in a home school association during the current school year.
- Residents of Colorado, Maryland, North Dakota, Nebraska, and Vermont are not eligible.
- Only legal residents of the US and Canada may apply.
- Previous finalists of the Stuck at Prom contest are not eligible.
- Participants must be at least 14 years old.
Application Process
- Use Duck® Brand Duct Tape and/or Duck® Brand Crafting Tape to create your own, one-of-a-kind prom outfit.
- Take a high-resolution snapshot of your prom attire.
- Fill out the submission form, attach at least one photo of yourself in your Duck prom attire, and offer extra information.
- If you are under 18, you must receive your parent’s consent or a photographic release.
- After submitting, you will receive a confirmation email in your inbox.
- If you have a favorite submission, please register and vote with your email address.
- Remember, we’ve removed the necessity to wear your one-of-a-kind masterpiece to the prom. You must send at least one photo of yourself wearing your Duck Tape® prom outfit at a place of your choice. Then, just make a video or write an article on your work.
