JBNSTS Scholarship
West Bengali students have the opportunity to apply for the JBNSTS Scholarship 2023, a financial opportunity.
For students in classes 10 through 12, the Jagadis Bose National Science Talent Search (JBNSTS) has introduced the JBNSTS Junior and JBNSTS Senior scholarships.
Through the JBNSTS Junior and Senior Talent Search Test, students are chosen by JBNSTS to receive these scholarships.
On the JBNSTS official website, www.jbnsts.ac.in, the online application procedure for the JBNSTS Junior and Senior Talent Search Test is presently open.
Only graduates of Class 10 who have at least a 75% grade point average are qualified for the JBNSTS Junior scholarship. They must, however, be enrolled in Class 11 in the scientific stream and have completed their Class 10 in 2023.
Candidates must have passed or sat in the Class 12 exam in 2023 in order to be eligible for the JBNSTS Senior Scholarship. To be qualified, they must also pursue degrees in Basic Sciences in West Bengal.

Eligibility Criteria
Exams administered by the Jagadis Bose National Science Talent Search Foundation are primarily noted below:
JBNSTS Junior Talent Search
1. Applicants must have received at least a 75% aggregate score in their class 10 (Madhyamik/মাধ্যমিক) or equivalent exam in 2022.
2. They have to have been enrolled in any West Bengali school in Class 11 in the science stream for the current academic year.
3. The following topics have to be selected by candidates: computer science, physics, chemistry, mathematics, biology, statistics, and statistics.
JBNSTS Senior Talent Search
1. Applicants must be enrolled in Class 12 or have passed the prerequisite course.
2. As part of an undergraduate program, they have to enrol in science courses (UG).
3. Candidates have to complete their undergraduate studies in West Bengal as of this year.
JBNSTS Bigyani Kanya Medha Britti (Junior)
1. There must be a female candidate.
2. They had to have earned good grades in their Class 10 diploma from an accredited board.
3. All applicants must be enrolled in the scientific stream for Class 11 at this time.
JBNSTS Bigyani Kanya Medha Britti (Senior)
1. There must be a female candidate.
2. They had to have earned good grades in their Class 12 diploma from an accredited board.
3. All applicants must be currently enrolled in a degree study in basic science at any West Bengali institution.
Awards
1. JBNSTS Junior Talent Search
- For two years, INR 1,250 would be given to selected individuals per month (Classes 11 and 12).
- They will also get a book grant of INR 2,500 per year in addition to this.
2. JBNSTS Senior Talent Search
- Candidates who meet the requirements will receive Rs. 4,000 every month until their undergraduate degree is finished.
- In addition to the baseline scholarship sum, they will receive an annual book allowance of Rs. 5,000.
3. JBNSTS Bigyani Kanya Medha Britti (Junior)
- For two years, the female candidates who are chosen will receive a monthly payment of Rs. 1,250 (Classes 11 and 12).
- They will also get a book grant of Rs. 2,500 per year in addition to this.
4. JBNSTS Bigyani Kanya Medha Britti (Senior)
- Female candidates who meet the qualifications will receive INR 4,000 every month for the duration of their undergraduate studies.
- In addition to the baseline scholarship payment, they will receive a book award of INR 5,000 annually.

- A scanned copy of the class I 11 admission proof in jpeg or pdf format (maximum size – 1 MB).
- Scanned copy of class 10th admit card in jpeg or pdf format (maximum size – 1 MB).
- Scanned image of signature in jpg or jpeg format (maximum size – 50 KB).
- A high-resolution recent passport size photograph in jpg or jpeg format (maximum size – 100 KB).
Senior Talent Search / Bigyani Kanya Medha Britti (Senior)
- Scanned copy of class 10th marksheet in jpeg or pdf format (maximum size – 1 MB).
- A scanned copy of the class 12th marksheet in jpeg or pdf format (maximum size – 1 MB).
- Scanned image of signature in jpg or jpeg format (maximum size – 50 KB).
- A high-resolution recent passport size photograph in jpg or jpeg format (maximum size – 100 KB).
