BPme Rewards Visa Credit Card

Sign-up bonus: Save 30 cents per gallon of gas purchased at BP and Amoco gas stations within the first 60 days of account setup.
Annual fee: $0.

Cardmembers receive a 15-cent discount per gallon after the promotional period finishes.

Earning structure: Cardholders get 5% cash back on non-fuel expenditures at BP and Amoco locations (including convenience shops and car washes), 3% back on grocery and dining purchases, and 1% back on everything else.

(Due to the discount, no credits are awarded on gasoline purchases at BP or Amoco.)

However, there is a 3% international transaction charge for purchases made outside of the United States.

Sign-up bonus: Get a 10 cents per gallon reduction on gasoline bill credits for the first three months of card membership.

Earning structure: The gasoline discount is the sole earning advantage.

Other cardmember benefits include $0 fraud liability, free authorised user cards, and six months of promotional financing on vehicle purchases of $199 or more (excluding petrol).

However, this is not a credit card and may only be used at Citgo stations.

Exxon Mobil Smart Card+™

Sign-up bonus: Save 30 cents per gallon on fuel purchases for the first two months of card membership, which can be combined with 10 cents per gallon on regular petrol and 12 cents per gallon on supreme fuel purchases for a total of up to 42 cents per gallon in discounts during the introductory period.

Annual fee: $0.

Cardmembers receive a petrol discount of 12 cents per gallon on Supreme+ premium petrol and 10 cents per gallon on other fuel types at Exxon and Mobil stations.

Earn 5% cash back on in-store purchases (excluding lottery tickets, money orders, and gift cards) and car washes for the first $1,200 in non-fuel expenditures every year.

Other cardmember benefits include a $0 fraud liability. Cardmember privileges and spending cannot be coupled with the Exxon Mobil Rewards+™ programme.

Earning structure: 10% Shell rebates on your first $1,200 in non-fuel expenditures per year, 2% Shell rebates on your first $10,000 in dining and grocery purchases, and 1% Shell rebates on all other purchases.

Other cardmember advantages: Benefits can be paired with the Shell petrol Rewards programme to increase per-gallon savings, although rewards reductions applied in addition to cardmember perks are restricted to 20 gallons of petrol per transaction.

Speedy Rewards® Mastercard®

Offers a sign-up bonus: Earn 25,000 extra points when you spend $500 or more in the first three billing cycles after creating your account.

Gas discount for cardmembers: None.

Earn 50 points for every $1 spent on gasoline and in-store purchases at Speedway gasoline stations. Earn 10 points for each dollar spent on any other purchases. Redeem points in-store or online for products such as food, discounts, or gift certificates.

Other cardmember benefits: As a Speedy Points member, you may earn additional points in addition to those earned with your card, and you can check your FICO credit score for free.

Credit Card offers a sign-up incentive of up to 37 cents per gallon in gasoline credits for Chevron and Texaco purchases throughout the first 90 days of membership.

Annual fee: $0.

Cardmembers receive a petrol discount of 3 cents per gallon for ordinary or diesel gasoline, 6 cents per gallon for plus gasoline, and 8 cents per gallon for supreme or premium fuel.

Every month, earn up to 10 cents per gallon in additional gasoline credits by making qualified purchases at other retailers, for a total of $300 in fuel discounts every year.

This is effective until March 31, 2023, when the earning structure will revert to 3 cents per gallon on all gasoline types.
