Laidlaw Scholarship

About Laidlaw Foundation

The Laidlaw Foundation funds invest in underrepresented students’ education in order to end the cycle of poverty, lessen inequality, and raise a new generation of leaders.

The Foundation hopes to contribute to the development of a pipeline of future female leaders by sponsoring scholarships for exceptional women to pursue degrees at prestigious business institutions including the University of Oxford’s Sad Business School.

About Laidlaw Scholarship

Creating a pipeline for future female leaders by providing them with access to world-class resources, education, and networks.

The Laidlaw Scholarships aim to convince exceptional women with obvious leadership potential to enroll in the Oxford MBA program when they might not have otherwise done so because of financial restrictions.

Recipients are exceptional people who are passionate about gender equality and have proven their dedication to driving change in their industry.

Scholars get access to a wide range of in-course activities, priority seating at School events, and the opportunity to join a unique network. Find out more about the academic community.

They are able to provide up to 10 scholarships for the 2023–24 class thanks to increased funding from the Laidlaw Foundation and our collaboration with Oxford Sad alumni through the Rewley Fund.
