About the Work Ready KY Scholarship

The Work Ready The Kentucky Scholarship Program is open to high school graduates and those enrolled in or who have completed a General Educational Development (GED) Program. Kentucky citizens who do not yet hold an associate’s or higher degree are eligible to apply.

KHEAA is the Kentucky Higher Education Assistance Authority, a state body formed in 1966 to help students get entry to higher education.

They provide FAFSA verification and student default avoidance services to higher education institutions nationwide. KHEAA also offers state financial assistance through the Kentucky Education Excellence Scholarship (KEES) program, the College Access Program Grant (CAP), the Kentucky Tuition Grant (KTG), and other scholarship, grant, and work-study programs.
