The Gen and Kelly Tanabe Scholarship
The Gen and Kelly Tanabe Scholarship is a merit-based program that awards financial assistance to three students every year to cover their educational expenses.
It is open to high school students in grades 9 to 12 and college and graduate students. The scholarship has two application cycles annually, and three students are chosen in each round.
The selection process is based solely on the quality of the essay submissions, without considering financial backgrounds or previous academic accomplishments.
