Documents Required For Internal Screening 

Documents required for Internal screening in UNIZIK are;

1. First, candidates must be above the current 2023–2024 UNIZIK JAMB cut-off mark set by JAMB (Joint Admission and Matriculation Board)

2. The candidate must possess a minimum of 5 credits in math, English, and other disciplines that are pertinent to his or her chosen course of study.

3. Original JAMB result slip copy

4. Original documentation, including certificates for the “O” level Please be aware that UNIZIK does not accept awaiting results.

5. Your birth certificate in its original form

6. A secondary institution testimonial.

7. A total of eight (8) recent passport photos (to be on the safe side).
