About The University Of Ilorin (UNILORIN)
UNILORIN stands for the University of Ilorin, a federal government university in Ilorin, Kwara State, Nigeria.
It is a federal government-owned tertiary school of education in the Ilorin-South Local Government Area of Kwara State, Nigeria.
A decree of the Federal Military Government created it in 1975. Ilorin, the capital of Kwara State, is roughly 300 kilometers from Lagos and 500 kilometers from Abuja, Nigeria’s administrative capital.
The landmass of the university is one of the largest in Nigeria, encompassing around 5000 hectares.
UNILORIN Main Campus
Following the completion of the new seven-story Senate Complex, the Main Campus now houses the Faculties of Science, Communication and Information Sciences (CIS), Engineering & Technology, Agriculture, Education, Law, Arts, Business and Social Sciences, the Unilorin Sugar Research Institute, Postgraduate School, the Main University Library, Computer Services and Information Technology (COMSIT), Works Yard, Conference Centre, Unilorin Resources Development and Manpower.
UNILORIN Mini-Campus
The College of Health Sciences, a mini Library, Canteens and Shopping Complex, the Institute of Education, and some of the URDMB’s revenue-generating projects, such as the Unilorin Computer Centre (Training Wing), Unilorin Bookshop, Bakery, Printing Press, and Guest Houses, are all located on the Mini-Campus.
A health center, a post office, and banking services are available on each campus.

How to Gain Admission Into UNILORIN (University Of Ilorin)
Here is how to easily get admission to UNILORIN this year:
1. Have at least 5 WAEC or NECO credits in your first sitting, but not more than two.
