Tuition Exchange (TE) is a reciprocal scholarship opportunity for the dependents of eligible faculty and staff at all Tuition Exchange member schools. Carefully read to the end to get all the information.
TE is available to eligible employees at member schools. Eligible employees are defined by the employee’s school. Tuition Exchange is not an employee benefit nor is it a guaranteed scholarship opportunity.

When you register for a TE webinar, apply for a TE scholarship or grant program, or create a membership profile, TE may obtain information about you directly from you or through other sources, such as a representative of a TE member institution.
The only information obtained from other sources will be used with your permission or for a legitimate business purpose (your data protection rights will not take precedence over that).
TE gathers different kinds of information according to the program or service, but it frequently includes identifying data like name, title, address, email address, and phone number.
How Does TE Use the Collected Information?
TE collects personal information to provide better service, and to:
1. Manage student application accounts and provide transactional information to award gift assistance
2. Provide support for programs and services
3. Share with members, event participants, and sponsors under specific circumstances and conditions
4. Promote TE programs and services and
5. Provide information about relevant programs and services from TE member institutions.
TE will always ask for consent before using information for a purpose other than those stated in this privacy policy.

How Long Does TE Retain Information?
When permitted by law, TE keeps the data it has gathered until told to erase it.
For contacts at TE member institutions, TE retains acquired data for the length of membership when local legislation does not enable indefinite keeping.
Information gathered through contacts at nonmember institutions is kept on file for up to two years from the date of TE’s most recent communication.
How Can you Access your Information?
You can view and edit your personal information on the TE website. You may request a copy of the information TE has on file about you or request that your personal information is deleted by contacting TE at [email protected]
