Academic Scholarships are established in collaboration with the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo, San Antonio Livestock Show and Rodeo, and donors partnered with the Texas FFA Foundation. These scholarships are distributed through the Texas FFA Association’s scholarship application process each spring.

Recipients are required to attend the scholarship luncheon and participate in the stage walk at the Texas FFA State Convention in July.

The scholarships range from $2,000 to $20,000 and are distributed over multiple college semesters. Eligible students must enrol in a Texas institution and apply through their local, district, and area FFA chapters.
