North South Foundation Scholarship
The North-South Foundation (NSF) Scholarship 2023-24 is a scholarship provided by the North South Foundation (NSF), a non-profit organization based in the USA.
This opportunity is available to students who have completed Class 12 and are pursuing studies in Engineering, Medicine, or a 3-year polytechnic diploma in engineering.
The scholarship is awarded based on academic merit and financial need, with selected students receiving financial assistance of up to INR 30,000 per year. More than 3,000 students will benefit from this annual scholarship.

Eligibility Criteria
To qualify, applicants must:
1. Be admitted to a government college (including government-aided colleges) for a professional course in:
- Engineering
- Architecture
- Medicine (MBBS, BAMS, BDS)
- Veterinary Science ((link unavailable))
- Pharmacy (B. Pharmacy)
- Agriculture ((link unavailable))
- Nursing ((link unavailable))
- Diploma in Engineering (Polytechnic)
- Diploma in Agriculture
2. Rank among the top 10% in state or national exams
3. Come from a low-income family (below the poverty line)
How Can You Apply?
To apply for the scholarship, follow these steps:
1. Create an account: Click “Apply Now” and then “Register.” Provide the necessary information. If you already have an account, log in using your Gmail, mobile number, or email address.
2. Start the application: Locate and click the link at the bottom of the page. Select “Fresher – Applying for Scholarship” and then “New User.” If you’re an existing user, choose “Fresher – Already registered earlier” and log in.
3. Complete the application: Provide the required details and save your progress. Finish filling out the application, attach the requested documents, and submit.
Documents Required
1. Photograph of the applicant
2. Applicant’s family photograph
3. College admission card
4. CET/JEE/NEET rank card (attested)
5. Bonafide certificate from the college into which the student secured admission
6. Receipts or proof of tuition fees paid in Class 10 and 12/diploma
7. Income Certificate issued by a Revenue Official or any other competent authority
8. Aadhaar card/ration card
9. Declaration by the Principal
10. Certificates showing marks secured from Class 10 to 12 duly attested or diploma duly attested by the Head of the institution
11. Proof of tuition fees paid /payable per annum duly certified by college authorities
Application Deadline
The application deadline for this scholarship is 31st December 2024

Priority will be given to:
1. Students from government schools and colleges
2. Students attending government colleges
3. Students who achieve top ranks on their first attempt
4. Students who are not receiving other scholarships
5. The North South Foundation serves as the last source of financial support for students in need.
