- Certificate of origin
- Attestation form signed by a Military Officer or Local Government Chairman
- Parent/Guardian Consent Form
- Acknowledgment Form

- Applicants aspiring for sportsmen/women are to present evidence of their professional experience which includes certificates and medals.
- Applicants applying as drivers must possess a minimum of 2 passes in SSCE/NECO/GCE/NABTEB, with a credit in English and a trade certificate.

- Applicants must be medically and physically fit with a medical report gotten from any federal hospital in the country.
- The applicant must be a citizen of Nigeria
- Applicants must be between the ages of 18 to 28
- The minimum height is 1.66 meters or 5.5ft for males and 1.63m or 5.4ft for females
- Applicant must be single at the time of application
