Certificate of origin
Attestation form signed by a Military Officer or Local Government Chairman
Parent/Guardian Consent Form
Acknowledgment Form
Must not have any criminal records
Applicants aspiring for sportsmen/women are to present evidence of their professional experience which includes certificates and medals.
Applicants applying as drivers must possess a minimum of 2 passes in SSCE/NECO/GCE/NABTEB, with a credit in English and a trade certificate.

Requirements

Applicants must be medically and physically fit with a medical report obtained from any federal hospital in the country.
The applicant must be a citizen of Nigeria
Applicants must be between the ages of 18 to 28
The minimum height is 1.66 meters or 5.5ft for males and 1.63m or 5.4ft for females
Applicant must be single at the time of application
