LASU Admission Requirements For 2023/2024
Below are the requirements for candidates that wish to gain admission into LASU through JAMB (UTME):
1. A minimum of 5 credits in the Senior Secondary Certificate Examinations (SSCE/GCE) Ordinary Level Credits in a maximum of 2 sittings.
2. For your course, you must select the JAMB subject combination.
3. To get admitted to Lagos State University, candidates must score at least 190 on the recently completed JAMB UTME exam.
4. LASU should be your first choice at college.
5. To be eligible for admission, if any, is available for the year, you must participate in the LASU POST UTME/SCREENING.
6. Candidates must be at least 16 years old.
LASU Requirements For Direct Entry (DE) 2023/2024
Candidates who intend to apply for admission to Lagos State University through Direct Entry must meet the following requirements:
1. In a maximum of two sittings, a minimum of 5 credits in the Ordinary Level Credits of the Senior Secondary Certificate Examinations (SSCE/GCE).
2. For your course of choice, a degree (First Class/Second Class Upper) in a related discipline is required.
3. Candidates for direct entrance must acquire the LASU Direct Entry form from the Joint Admission and Matriculation Board (JAMB) and the LASU Portal.
4. Passed the National Certificate of Education (NCE), National Diploma (ND), and other Advanced Level Certificates with a minimum of Merit.
LASU Admission Cut Off Mark
The Lagos State University (LASU) has issued the cut-off mark for the 2023/2024 academic session admission procedure administration.
Candidates who selected Lagos State University as their First Choice Institution in the most recent Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examinations (UTME) and achieved at least 190 points are eligible to participate in the Online Admission Screening Exercise.
Furthermore, by October 1st, candidates must be at least 16 years old.
