In partnership with the state government, the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) has introduced the JKSSS Scholarship. The scholarship will benefit young people studying in schools in the Union Territories of Jammu & Kashmir and Ladakh.

About JKSSS Scholarship
Students must be enrolled in General Bachelor’s, Professional Bachelor’s, and Medical Bachelor’s courses in order to be eligible for the JKSSS Scholarship.
The Union Territory of Jammu & Kashmir and Ladakh is home to all government and government-aided schools, colleges, and universities for which applicants must enrol.
All eligible and interested students may visit the official JKSSS Scholarship 2024 website (AICTE) to finish the application process. Students should apply for this scholarship as soon as possible rather than waiting until the deadline.

Eligibility Criteria
The following section discusses the requirements that must be met to apply for this scholarship: You have to be a resident of one of the Jammu, Kashmir, or Ladakh Union Territories.
Students in the 2022–2023 (enrolled in 2022 and passed in 2023) and 2023–2024 (enrolled in 2023 and passed in 2024) sessions of JKBOSE or CBSE Schools situated in the UTs of J&K or Ladakh completed their 10+2 exams.
Documents Required
1. A caste certificate
2. A community certificate is mandatory
3. 10th-grade matriculation certificate
4. 12th-grade certification
5. Income certificate
How to Apply
The following procedures must be followed if you wish to apply for the JKSSS Scholarship for the 2024–2025 session:
1. Go to the scholarship’s official website first.
2. The scholarship main page will then appear in front of you.
3. To download and print the application form, click that link.
4. Next, ensure that the application form is completed with accurate information.
5. Next, send the necessary paperwork to the Army Camp that is closest to you. Processing and verification depend on this step.
6. Finally, show up for the entrance exam.
Application Deadline
The online registration starts on 18th June 2024 and the application deadline is 22nd July 2024.
