Hagan Scholarship Description
The Hagan Scholarship is a nationally recognized need-based merit Scholarship intended exclusively for high-achieving rural students.
This scholarship opportunity is aimed at graduates of public high schools located in over twenty qualifying states, especially in counties with less than 50,000 population.

Eligibility Criteria
- Must have graduated from a public high school in a rural region, defined as a county with less than 50,000 population.
- Must be a United States citizen and resident of a qualifying state.
- Should have attended an eligible public high school for junior and senior years and will be graduating in the spring.
- Must intend to attend an eligible four-year college or institution.
- High School A cumulative GPA of 3.5 or better.
- ACT score of 24 or higher; SAT score of 1150 or higher.
