The Federal Institution Lokoja, also referred to as Fulokoja or by its initials, FUL, is a federal university located in Lokoja, the confluence city and the state capital of Kogi, in central Nigeria. At the meeting point of the Niger and Benue rivers in Lokoja.

The Federal Government of Nigeria founded FULOKOJA in February 2011 in response to the urgent demand for more universities in the nation.

The National Universities Commission (NUC) of Nigeria has formally certified and/or recognized Federal University, Lokoja.
