Who Can Apply?
You must be a citizen or lawful permanent resident of a Commonwealth nation in order to apply for a Commonwealth Scholarship. Even if you are a refugee or someone under British protection, you will still be qualified.
A minimum upper second-class (2:1) undergraduate honours degree is required. In order to pursue a PhD, you must also hold a suitable master’s degree.
Lastly, without a scholarship, you must not be able to afford to study in the UK.
