1. The candidate must be a citizen of India and fall under the BPL category.
2. The candidates have to be enrolled in any Chhattisgarh government college.

Officials from the school can help with the registration procedure. The following paperwork must be available for students to have:
1. Recent passport-sized photo
2. Caste certificate
3. Income certificate
4. Proof of residence
5. Passbook photocopy
6. Copy of last year’s mark sheet
7. Aadhar card copy
