- Applicants must be of good character and have never been convicted of a crime. Applicants must not be members of a secret group, cult, or drug addict, among other things.
- Applicants must not have had any financial disgrace.
- Candidates must be between the ages of 18 and 30.
- Male applicants must be 1.65m tall and girls must be 1.60m tall.
