About the Bank of America Scholarship
The Bank of America Diversity Scholarship of Distinction reinforces our commitment to identifying top campus talent by providing high-achieving individuals from historically underrepresented groups with opportunities to achieve in the classroom and the financial services sector.
This focused project is designed to help women, Black/African American, Hispanic/Latino, Native American, LGBT+, military veterans, and students with disabilities, learn more about the financial services business and start a rewarding career with us.
After applying, interested applicants will be invited to fill out a HireVue form so that we can learn more about their accomplishments and career goals.
You will also be able to pick the campus programs you are most interested in. You may find out more about the programs we employ at campus.bankofamerica.com.
Finalists will be asked to attend final-round interviews for a 2024 internship program. Successful candidates will be given both a compensated offer to join our team in 2024 and a scholarship reward.
Scholarships are provided in two instalments of up to $15,000: $7,500 for receiving/accepting an internship offer, and $7,500 for receiving/accepting a return offer at the end of the internship.
Awards are made straight directly to your institution or university to cover tuition.

Scholarship Requirements
Below are the scholarship requirements:
- Minimum 3.30 GPA.
- Resident of the United States,
- Attending the University of West Florida as a college freshman.
- Seeking a bachelor’s degree.
- Participation in Community Service.
- Demonstrate financial necessity.
