How to Check Auchi Poly Admission List
As stated earlier, the Auchi Poly admission list is out online. Hence, you need to follow the instructions below to check your name on the list.
Steps to check your name on the admission list
Firstly, Go to the Auchi Poly admission status-checking portal
Select your program of study, i.e. ND.
Select your department.
Select your course of study.
Finally, click on ‘Check Admission List’ to access your Auchi Poly Admission Status.
Then, proceed to Print your admission letter if your name is on the list.
On the other hand, Auchi Poly prospective students can also access their admission status in another way. Therefore, as an alternative, you can check on the JAMB admission status checking portal by following the procedure outlined below.
So to access your Auchi Polytechnic (AUCHIPOLY) admission status, do the following ;
- First, visit the JAMB portal HERE
- Login to your Jamb profile with your username and password.
- Scroll down, then locate and click the Check Admission Status tab.
- Select your Exam year and enter your registration number in the required column.
- Finally, click on Check Admission Status to access your Auchi Poly admission status.
Candidates successfully admitted into the Auchi Poly ND programs are advised to:
- Login to their JAMB Central Admission Processing System (CAPS) here and ACCEPT or REJECT their admission.
- Print their JAMB admission letter after accepting the admission.
- Print their original JAMB result slip (this comes with a passport photograph affixed to it).
- Apply for a change of course on the JAMB Portal in case you are offered courses different from the ones you initially applied for.
Important points to note
Consequently, If you find your name on the list, go to your department for clearance. This will determine if you are qualified. Then, if cleared proceed to accept the offer of admission online as we have said earlier. Again, follow the procedure for payment of certain fees.
Furthermore, Proceed to register for your courses online, then print copies of the registration forms. You will submit some copies to your departmental officer. Visit your department to get more information.
Your admission will be canceled if you are not registered within two(2) weeks. On the whole, All admitted students are required to pay Acceptance fees and other administrative fees where necessary.
Also, All New and Returning Students must log in to the students’ Control Panel. There, you Print and Fill out the Tertiary Institution Social Health Insurance Program, print and submit the same to Auchi Poly Cottage Hospital.
Please remember that successfully admitted candidates should log in to the JAMB CAPS website. Make sure you click ”ACCEPT” or “REJECT” to indicate acceptance or rejection of the admission offer.
